From the time Mick McCleery was strong enough to hold a camera, his love for creating films has grown stronger each day.  That enthusiasm and dedication has evolved into Philadelphia based One by One, an award-winning film and televlsion production company that has been delighting fans for over 20 years.  Whether it is a narrative, a documentary, a television venture, or a short film, the product has always been original, clever and entertaining from conception to delivery.

Mick McCleery is the chief director and producer at One by One Entertainment, Inc.  His love for filmmaking began as a child.  He began making films when he got his first Super-8 film camera at the age of 12.  His first childhood film was entitled none other than One by One.  Since then he has written, produced, directed, and edited countless shorts, music videos, corporate videos, and several award-winning features including Track 16 and The Altruist.  His most recent project, the award-winning 2008 film Tribute This! was his first feature-length documentary.

Gary Joseph, producer, has worked for Mick McCleery and One by One since 1987.  He has worked in all facets of corporate, narrative and documentary film production from production assistant, director of photography, and post-production editor to on-camera extra and featured talent.  He also serves as the graphic design creative director of the company.  His most recent project with One by One, the award-winning 2008 feature-length documentary Tribute This!, was his first multi-year project where he served as co-creator, producer, writer, talent and editor.

Mike Nicholson, producer, has worked for Mick McCleery and One by One since 1988.  He has worked in all facets of corporate, narrative and documentary film production from production assistant, writer, and post-production editor to on-camera extra and featured talent.  His most recent project with One by One, the award-winning 2008 feature-length documentary Tribute This!, was his first multi-year project where he served as co-creator, producer, writer, talent and editor.
